Shining Self: Radiance Sutras Edition

For practitioners who are familiar with both IFS/Parts work and meditation

In this special edition series of Shining Self Meditations, we will focus on selected passages from the ancient Indian tantric text, the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra (translated by Lorin Roche as The Radiance Sutras: 112 Gateways to the Yoga of Wonder and Delight). I am amazed at how much this text has deepened my experience of Self-energy and Self-essence.

The text says that if you go deeply into just one of these ways of experience, making it your own over time, you will awaken. So, let’s see what happens over 8 weeks!
