Shining Self: Exploring the radiance sutras

For practitioners who are familiar with both IFS/Parts work and meditation

In this special edition series of Shining Self Meditations, we will focus on selected passages from The Radiance Sutras: 112 Gateways to the Yoga of Wonder and Delight by Lorin Roche, based on the ancient Indian tantric text, the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. I am amazed at how much this text has deepened my experience of Self-energy and Self-essence.

The text says that if you go deeply into just one of these ways of experience, making it your own over time, you will awaken. So, let’s see what happens over 8 weeks!

    • Journaling prompts and reflection exercises for integration and deepening your practice

    • The opportunity to share insights, challenges, and successes with a supportive community on a shared journey of healing*. Collaborative learning environments enrich our experiences and provide diverse perspectives.

    • Classes and meditations are recorded and emailed each Tuesday.

    • Shining Self is an ongoing gathering of parts work meditators that meet on Mondays. If at the end of this round you wish to continue, you are welcome to.
