  • Parenting Complex Kids Coaching- Education, Support, and Troubleshooting for parents of neuro-divergent children. (Note: 4-session starter packages are available for parent coaching)

  • Executive Functioning (EF) Coaching- For anyone who struggles with planning, prioritization, sustained attention, time management, or organization in their personal or professional lives. (ages 16-116) (ages 12-16 if parents have completed my parenting workshops)

Calm and Connected

CALM & CONNECTED©: PARENTING CHILDREN & TEENS WITH ADHD/EXECUTIVE FUNCTION CHALLENGES

March 10th- April 28th: Tuesdays, Noon-1:30pm

This 8-session workshop will help you make sense of:

  • Why it’s so hard for your child to meet expectations

  • Why do concepts like organization and time management seem to be learned, but not followed

  • How using rewards and punishments often creates more problems than they solve
